This Thursday 22nd February XPets will be holding a short quiz competition on Bluesky to see how our events can be executed on that platform.

Wishing good luck to all XPets members already on Bluesky and to all XPets members who will be joining Bluesky on or before Thursday.

The event will start at 7pm GMT.
Instructions will be posted at the beginning of the event in fact the event will be exactly the same, only shorter, than our usual monthly adventures on X/Twitter, except for one thing, you will need to follow our Bluesky account timeline.

You will then see all the posts we make in numerical order. You won’t be able to follow our posts by trying to use the hashtag because hashtags work differently on Bluesky, they are not links. So once you find our account timeline and our event post when we make it, just follow that like you would on X/Twitter.
You will need to download the Bluesky App and register a free account, this is really easy and if you need any help just ask us and we’ll be happy to help, but we’re sure you won’t need it.
You can take part in the event on the app so you will need to download the bluesky app from Google or Apple App Store, as we just said, and you can also take part in a browser at bsky.app on a laptop or smartphone/iPad/or tablet. Its very much like X/Twitter, in fact it’s written by the chap who wrote Twitter and looks just like Twitter used to in the beginning before Musk took over.
